In case of realization of purchase with the help of our agency, your committment towards us would be :

- 6 % from the agreed purchasing price.

If you want to rent a island :

In case of reanting with the help of our agency, your commitment towards us would be :

- for the contract till 3 years - one monthly rent

- for the contract for a period longer than 3 years - two monthly rents.
